SHIPPING + DELIVERY
Order Processing & Delivery: Mizawe ships all orders from Los Angeles, CA. All orders will be processed and shipped 2-3 business days after being placed unless otherwise noted. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update. Delivery times are variable and there may be delays due to inventory availability and/or payment processing issues. If there are any issues with your order we will contact you within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order. We accept payment from all major credit cards via Shopify.
Shipping: Mizawe offers free shipping within the U.S. on all orders over $100.00 USD. Expedited shipping is also available at an additional cost. Prices for expedited shipping options will be caculated at checkout.
We currently only ship within the U.S. However, if you are interested in international shipping, please email us at hello@mizawe.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We are actively working to offer worldwide shipping.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Returns: Mizawe offers free returns and exchanges for a different size in the same style for all orders over $100. A request for a return or exchange must be submitted to hello@mizawe.com within 14 days of the delivery date. For orders under $100, shipping fees will be calculated for the return and you will be charged for the label. Once your return request is confirmed, the shipping label will be sent to you. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Returns are only accepted on unworn & unaltered items. Once your return has been approved, all items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the approval which will be sent to you via email in response to your return request. Once we receive your return, we will issue the refund or exchange.
Cancellation: Orders may only be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order. Order cancellation requests can be submitted to hello@mizawe.com.
Defective Items: Please check your items when you receive your order for any damages. If an item you receive is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at hello@mizawe.com. Any requests after this time period may not be eligible for returns.
Return Policy:
Items must be returned new & unused in all original packaging with all tags attached.
All returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery date and shipped back to us within 7 days of the return request approval.
We cannot refund or exchange any goods which have been used, altered, and/or washed. Please try on garments carefully, as we will not accept returns for items with makeup stains and/or perfume scents.
All initial shipping charges will not be refunded.
If any additional gifts were given with purchase, they must be included in the return for a full refund. Otherwise, the customer may incur additional charges which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Any item which reads “FINAL SALE” is not eligible for return or exchange.
Mizawe reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without prior approval.
Exchanges: Mizawe will accommodate exchanges for items purchased on www.mizawe.com for the same style in a different size. If you would like to make an exchange please contact hello@mizawe.com. Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and are based on inventory availability. Mizawe will cover the shipping cost of the return as well as the shipping cost of the new item being shipped to the customer for orders over $100. Only one exchange per item will be accepted.
Refused & Returned to Sender Packages: Any orders refused or undeliverable by the shipping company will be sent back to Mizawe. Before cancelling the order, we will contact the customer directly. If the customer chooses to receive the order again, they must pay for additional shipping charges.
